As you know diet and exercise is a hard very precise regimen you have to live your life by.  You just have to have a plan if you want to succeed.  Get back to journaling, tracking and rejoin the 300 horde!  Happy B-day Will, 25 sounds nice and young to me.  Don&#039;t miss another year of your twenties being unhealthy and unhappy.  The 20s will be gone before you know it and it just keeps going faster.</description>
