		<description>I fit into the &quot;talk a good game&quot; type once in a while.  I find that when I&#039;m sitting in front of my blog I&#039;ve got all this motivation - all these great words to report.  But then, it doesn&#039;t translate into lost pounds and success.

I think the way you do things on this blog is solid - you contemplate, but then you ACCOMPLISH.  You&#039;re absolutely right, you should be proud of your 40 pounds, but don&#039;t get too big.  I made that mistake when I got to 100 pounds lost, and I&#039;ve lost 4 pounds in the next 4 months.

Consistency and determination is what wins.</description>
