I will say one word of warning though (I finally got around to reading the boot camp post) and that&#039;s about the night you let yourself go hog wild.
First: enjoy it.  Thoroughly.
Second: don&#039;t beat yourself up over your enjoyment
Coming from personal experience, I&#039;ve found that my &quot;one day&quot; or &quot;one meal&quot; kinda turns into a weekend or week-long thing, especially when I visited home, because I fell back into old patterns.  It&#039;s a bit like when you get together with old buddies you haven&#039;t seen in forever, and old behaviors you&#039;ve long abandoned come back (like the whole dirty jokes thing that I did with my high school friends). At any rate, just try your dangdest to keep the attitude you&#039;ve got now, and it should pull you through.  *climbing off the proverbial soapbox and falling into the pot*

However, I hope you enjoy yourself. Now you&#039;ve made me hungry for BBQ!</description>
