		<description>I don&#039;t know about the whole late night working out thing...the only effect I think it might have is that it might be harder to get to sleep...but other than that I don&#039;t think it really matters all that much...I could be wrong though.

Other than that, I know you&#039;ve heard it a million times, but that&#039;s why the 5 day average is key. This is coming from someone who use to live and die by the day-to-day weigh in...Also, are you taking measurements? I know when I wasn&#039;t losing or gained a couple lbs back I could always rely on my measurements to lift my spirits because they are probably getting smaller.

Anyways, Have a great weekend man, stay smart and have fun!</description>

		<description>Hey, man.  I know it must be hard.  In my opinion (and I&#039;m no professional) I think that you working out late and then going to bed makes you not burn as many calories as you would during the day.  When you work out in the morning, you&#039;re muscles continue to work themselves harder as you go through your daily tasks.  But when you go to bed, your body goes into refresh mode, and not so much burning calories.

But keep sticking to your routine, and it should all come around.  You really are doing great!</description>
