		<description>It&#039;s easy to justify not working out or not eating right.  It&#039;s good that you see what you&#039;re doing and putting it behind you.  A little justification here and a little excuse there only grease the slope to obesity.

Keep fighting through this, Will.  You&#039;ve been such an inspiration...keep the fire alive!</description>

		<description>Will, I&#039;m sorry you&#039;re still sore!  Don&#039;t hurt yourself working out if you are injured but it is still July.  Sounds like you&#039;re doing the right thing by eating well. Maybe you can work on upper body stuff and core strength while waiting for your legs to heal. 

 I once knew a guy who lost like 50 pounds of flab while being bedridden for 2 months.  He had surgery on both knees at once.  He did all these upper body and core exercises and ate really well.  I don&#039;t know if I&#039;d go to that extreme in his condition but apparently it was feasible and effective.</description>

		<description>What in the world Will?!?!  Rise in July Brother!!  Get out and go for a walk or something (just not as long as your last one ;).  It would actually probably help with your soreness (move some lactic acid out etc).  You have to start training for Diablo 3.  I soooo cant wait for that game (im a huge fanboy of blizzards games.).    Anyway man quit messing around and making excuses.  You have a goal to reach.  There&#039;s a little TUF Luv for you.</description>

I have had pretty good eating though, so I haven&#039;t gained anything, but we both need to get back into the gym!</description>
