I am curious about your comment about not technically being obese - what makes you say that?  I weigh less than you and last I checked I was still not only obese, but morbidly obese.  is there some new table somewhere I don&#039;t know about? :-)

		<description>i&#039;ve got a good recipe, now that it&#039;s fall(ish): take a spaggetti squash, cut it in half (or you can do fourths for smaller pieces), drizzle a little bit of olive oil on it and stick it in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until soft. to eat it, pour marinara over it. it&#039;s especially awesome if you really miss pasta, because the flesh comes out in yummy strings. it&#039;s freaking tasty. oh, and it&#039;s good leftover, too.</description>

I haven&#039;t been consistent at all for the past month or two, and it shows in that I&#039;m stuck right around 200 pounds.  I know that if I was getting 4-5 solid workouts a week that I would still be dropping pounds.</description>
