Today’s Weigh-In: 330.4 pounds

Okay, the Unrepentant Weekend of Wanton Carelessness is behind me, along with one day of good eating. The scale is still being weird, but it settled on a number today, which is good.

I’m back to tracking my food intake and aiming for some rough macronutrient numbers. I got myself into a bit of a jam this weekend with the cash flow, so I’m going to be living as cheaply as I can this week until my paycheck hits, and then I’ll be moving forward with my much better organized meal plan and returning to regular trips to the gym.

But the base is right eating, which I can do. Which I’ve proven I can do.

It’s time for Round 2 of Will’s weigh loss adventure: the last hundred pounds (roughly). It’s a great time for the beginning of my office’s Biggest Loser challenge to start, as I weighed in today. It goes for 12 weeks until mid December.

I’m going to dominate, not for the sake of winning alone or bragging rights (although those are nice), but to use the competition as a way to stoke my fat-burning fires and get me going in the right direction at full speed.

I think it’s fitting, as it was a friendly competition with a friend back in January that originally had a jump start effect on me to begin with.

Here we go!
