		<description>First off... I hope you didn&#039;t fall off the wagon because of a little gain. The first thing that came to mind was the fact that you did a massive workout the day before... and you ate a lot of sodium... both cause water retention. After a heavy workout muscles swell with water to help them heal. That is why you should always have at least ONE rest day a week.. to allow the muscle to heal and let go of that fluid. 

Dont give up on yourself. Stick to the healthy eating and exercise for a week... and dont weight yourself again until that week is over. I bet you&#039;ll see a loss!!
