		<description>I used to be an over-planner, but now that I do Crossfit I don&#039;t have to worry so much about what workouts to do (since they&#039;re programmed for me).  One tip I have for people that might be starting out is this: Eat Real Food!  It&#039;s much easier to control your calories if you&#039;re only eating real foods like veggies, meat, fruits, and nuts/seeds.  You don&#039;t really hear about people getting fat eating too much pork loin and spinach, now do you?

I am definitely an overplanner when it comes to the gym. I agree that it can bog you down and stop you from going full-stop if you don&#039;t have everything planned and organized. But doing anything at the gym is better than doing nothing at all! 

And you are so close to your goal! I&#039;m rooting for you!</description>
