		<description>Will glad to see your going strong!!  Sorry to hear about the fall and the fact that your not diggin the cardio.  The not digging the cardio is pretty normal when your out of shape and heavier ;) I still don&#039;t dig the cardio some days.  As you get lighter it will get easier and your body will become more efficient.  Be careful with the running and make sure you have really good shoes (pretty hard impact exercise).  No injuries my man, you have to keep riding this weight loss wave to where you want to be.  Keep the fat furnace burning!!</description>
