		<description>So simple and so effective.  It&#039;s unfortunate that people think you need elaborate meal plans and high level of planning in order to lose weight.  I&#039;ve done it (100lbs in about one year and have kept it off for a few years now) and others can.  You just need to be sensible about what you eat.
